Tabatha Ricci signs with the UFC and faces Manon Fiorot on June 5th, in Las Vegas, for her debut.
Just days out from UFC Fight Night 189, Manon Fiorot has a new opponent.
Maryna Moroz is out, and Tabatha Ricci (5-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has stepped in on short notice to face Fiorot (6-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC).
Unbeaten in her MMA career, Brazil’s Ricci has notched three wins under the LFA banner, two by way of finish. She was just seen in action less than two months ago when stopped Shawna Ormsby in the second round at LFA 105.
Preliminary Cards starts at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN+.

FIGHT BY FIGHT PREVIEW | UFC FIGHT NIGHT:
After a late change in opponents, French upstart Manon Fiorot now makes her sophomore appearance in the Octagon this weekend opposite unbeaten newcomer Tabatha Ricci.
A former amateur world champion, France’s Fiorot made a splash in her promotional debut back in January, securing a second-round stoppage win over Victoria Leonardo on Fight Island. Now 6-1 in her professional career and riding a six-fight winning streak, the 31-year-old can establish herself as an intriguing figure to watch in the flyweight division with a seventh consecutive victory on Saturday.
Ricci steps in for Maryna Moroz, looking to replicate Fiorot’s success in her first appearance. The 26-year-old Brazilian ended a lengthy hiatus from mixed martial arts competition last September with a victory at LFA 90 and has already posted a pair of finishes this year to push her record to 5-0 overall.
Will Fiorot roll with the punches and navigate the sudden shift in opponents with aplomb or can Ricci make the most of this low-risk, high-reward opportunity and register the biggest win of her career this weekend?

Really liked how this post kept things simple and didn’t drag on with extra jargon. I could skim a bit, jump back, and still not feel lost, which is honestly rare. Halfway through I clicked around https://newimage.io/ just out of curiosity, and it gave me the same kind of “clean and straightforward” feel—nothing screaming for attention, just the info laid out in a sensible way. The examples in the post also felt like real-life situations instead of made-up textbook stuff, so it was easier to connect the dots. I also appreciate when pages don’t fight you while scrolling; this one stayed readable the whole time. On the site, the headings and spacing make it easy to pick out sections without…
